Villa Cuticchi is located in Donnalucata, a small fishing village in the heart of the Sicilian Baroque area. We are only 250 meters from Playa Grande beach and 10 minutes walking from the beautiful and unspoilt beaches of the Natural Reserve of the Irminio River where you will enjoy peace and relaxation even in high season. The location of the villa offers a perfect compromise between the tranquillity of the beaches on the coast of Donnalucata and the intense night life of Marina di Ragusa. Remember the splendid baroque town of Scicli is very close to us (10 minutes).

- Ground-floor: master double bedroom, large living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower;
- Upper- floor bedroom with double bed (or 2 single beds) and a small balcony, living room with sofa bed and balcony, bathroom with shower (total of 8 beds, air conditioning throughout the house)
- The garden has a large veranda, barbecue and outdoor shower.

It is very easy to reach villages of Donnalucata (1.5 km) and Marina di Ragusa (4km) whit a bicycle or even walking.
The house is ideally located for exploring the baroque towns suggestive of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto, Ibla and Syracuse. In a short time, guests will discover the archaeological and natural sites of Cava d'Ispica and Vendicari Kamarina, the Castle of Donnafugata and the characteristic fishing villages of Sampieri, Portopalo and Marzamemi.
A few meters from the house you can find a pizza restaurant, a bar-tobacco and a petrol station.
